I would like to do a page on facebook or twitter which talks or discuss the wage gap problem by writing facebook posters or tweets on twitter and which I will be open to all the women all over the world to write the problems they face in their jobs and how the men are getting paid more than her just because they are men and how this affects the women in the society. My targeted audience in the facebook page is women I want them to see the wage gap problem they are facing and help each other to find a solution to stop it. How I will target the women in my page is to find face actress quotes and put them on the page the quotes will be about the wage gap and maybe about the women how to respect her. I guess this will attract the women to the page. Even just knowing that this page is a place to share her problem and get help from other women to solve the problem would attract her to the page. The purpose of it is for women to find a place for free to share their problems and get a response to solve it. The tone would depend on the women sharing their problems in the page but mostly it will be formal. The second genre is a poster I would draw regular men standing up high on money while women have a diploma in her hand and gown but she is standing low on money and write quote above the poster my target audience in the poster would be everyone I would men and women to see it and I want it to be simple that everyone would easily understand it just by the first look. The purpose of the poster is to get the idea that there is a gap between men and women while women are more educated than men. The tone would be in the poster hopeless. The language would be formal.
